Hello,  my name is Arisely Rios [ Ah-de-cell-E... Ree- ose] I am fairly new to the website 'Deviant Art.com' and I wish to be a part of it... I started drawing when I was in 6th grade, though my drawings back then was not that great so I decided to upload them anyway, along with my most recent and improved creations of mine. I joined Deviant Art last year (2013) in hopes to look at art. After  finding a way to upload my drawings, and getting a wabcom bamboo tablet, I figured I could do so much more than just drawing; I figured I could possibly animate, maybe make my own little cartoon show! I tried that, and I only got to the "gif stage" so

Hello.....I finally got my bamboo tablet from Alaska the other day, and I'm trying to teach myself how to draw on the tablet..I know some of the basics and Im trying my best to understand how to make the backgrounds. I REALLY want to draw as good as the other Deviant-Artists around here.... If any of you know how to show me or even send me a video explaining in depth on how to draw in backgrounds that'll be great. I know how most of the layers work, and how to merge them down with other, lock them, and make them visible or not. The only thing that confuses me is how the pen styles work, and if there is any way to make the background more...P
